With an aim of offering the best of Nepal in the field of Tourism and improving the livelihood of the locals adjacent to the region, Mr. Saila Tamang founded Ramdung Expedition P. Ltd. in 1993 A.D. Beginning of his early career started as a simple Trekking Guide Assistant and has traveled most of the trails across Nepal. During the company early years, Mr, Tamang acted as a sole guide, office assistant and office representative for the entire Ramdung Expedition platform, allowing for it to be a stable business from the outset . His principles of sincerity and honesty adorn his successful career for the last two decades. His personal experience and skills comes into play understanding guest’s requirement and designing the itineraries customized as per the interest of our precious guests offering deeper insight Himalayas.
Mr. Tamang is specialist in managing treks, expedition, tours and research projects with quality service. He knows exactly what his clients want for him. He remains actively involve ensuring smooth running of business with client’s satisfaction which is his main priority.
Raju Lama
Experience : 4+ Years on Travel and Tourism Qualification : Graduate in Travel and Tourism Language : Fluent in English, Beginner in Spanish Following the footsteps and motivation from his father and the owner of this company, he began showing interest in tourism field since young age. He also did internship in this company for his course of study. After graduating in year 2014, he thought of joining to other reputed trekking agency to learn necessary skills needed in the field as knowledge from his father can be transferred at any time. In near future, he look forward to handle the family business after getting enough education and experience. As a co-owner of this company, he actively involves in Sales and Promotional activities of the company.

Sanu Babu Tamang
Mr. Sanu Babu Tamang is a Nepal Government authorized trekking guide with more than 20 years of expedition on this field. He has trekked almost each and every trails in Nepal which makes him one of the popular guide in Ramdung Expedition. His experience, working style and love with his work offers a mesmerizing trekking experience. Working for so many years, his guidance and knowledge on local places and people en-route offers a huge chance to discover inner Himalayas. Indra Man Tamang
Mr. Indra Man Tamang is a permanent resident of Kavre, a small country side in Nepal. Later he joined tourism field in Kathmandu. He is one of the oldest family members of Ramdung Expedition and holds the tag of Nepal Government authorized trekking guide. His experience and knowledge about trails and places en-route is an asset. He had visited each and every trekking route in Nepal. Mr. Tamang is also well known for his friendly, kindness and hardworking nature. Often our guests who trekked with him go away making him a good friend. Phurba sherpa
Mr. Phurba Sherpa is a permanent resident of Phortse, a village in Solukhumbu District (Mt. Everest lies in same district). His childhood passed away playing on the lap of Mt. Everest and other mountainous surroundings. Ever since he was a little boy he dreamt of being a climbing guide. His passion for mountaineering led him joining a training secession in Nepal Mountaineering Association many years back where he amplified his climbing skills and guiding. Now, he is a matured, experienced and skillful climbing guide liked by each and every client who climbs with him. His typical Sherpa attitude: strong personality, humble, caring, great sense of humor and hardworking makes climbing experience ever more memorable. His unmatched climbing instinct on high altitudes is a valuable PR during climbing.
